Free trial

HeyAskr offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you decide HeyAskr is not right for you, simply do not subscribe — no action needed.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@heyaskr.com within 14 days of your first charge. We will issue a full refund within 10 business days.

Refunds after 14 days

After the 14-day withdrawal period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, we will always consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription.
  • Duplicate charges.

To request a refund, email support@heyaskr.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue.

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • When a refund is issued, your account access ends immediately.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to HeyAskr until the end of your current billing period.
